2 lt kaynamış suyun içerisine 500g dondurulmuş kıymalı mantıyı çözündürmeden boşaltınız. 15
dakika süre ile haşladığınız mantıyı süzgeçten süzdürünüz. Soğuk sudan geçirmeyiniz. İsteğe göre
yoğurt ve tereyağı sos ile servis ediniz.

Pour 500g of frozen ravioli with minced meat into 2 liters of boiled water without thawing. Strain the
mantı that you have boiled for 15 minutes. Do not pass through cold water. Serve with yoghurt and
butter sauce if desired.
